ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE
Our athletic performance training groups are offered on a weekly basis in a drop-in style. Each group has a maximum of 6 athletes. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PLAY HOCKEY TO ATTEND THIS CLASS. To register for a session select the date and time on the calendar below. Each session we are focusing on improving ALL of these qualities: upper body strength, lower body strength, core strength, speed, agility, power, balance, coordination, and conditioning. All signups for groups are final and cannot be rescheduled.
