GROUP SPORTS PERFORMANCE
Our group sports performance training programs are offered on a weekly basis at varying days and times. Each group has a maximum of 6 athletes. These sessions are for athletes looking to elevate their sports performance through training their speed, agility, strength, power, balance, coordination, and conditioning. To register for a session, select the date and time on the calendar below. Due to the nature of the training, our group sports performance sessions are for athletes aged 11+.
All signups for group sessions are final and cannot be rescheduled.
