
Sports Performance Programs
Our sports performance programs offer a variety of options to select the best fit for you. We offer a 1-on-1 training program or "challenge", which provides our highest level of individualized coaching. Our group training option offers a more cost-effective option and groups you with other players looking to improve their sports performance. All of our sports performance programs are planned and structured with purpose, meaning we don't just have athletes come in and complete random exercises in hopes that they improve performance.
Every workout is led start to finish by one of our knowledgeable and experienced coaches who will make your training experience fun, effective, and challenging.

2025 Summer Challenge is here!
Our 2025 summer challenge will be starting the week of July 7, 2025. The challenge involves weekly training aimed to increase speed, agility, strength, power, mobility, balance, coordination, and conditioning!
