Ryan Jaros

RYAN JAROS
Owner
Skill Development Coach

Ryan is the founder of Precision Hockey Training. He grew up locally and has ties to nearly every hockey organization in the area. Ryan's mission is to help local hockey players develop in the communities he grew up in to become better hockey players and better people. He is the product of consistent, hard work and knows just how important it was to him to be constantly working on his skills. As the owner of Precision Hockey Training, Ryan takes a lot of pride in what we are able to provide to the local hockey community.

 

Ryan has experience in all levels of hockey working rising from house league to travel hockey, AAA, High School, and College. He played for 4 years at the Suburban Ice Rochester, 2 years at the Troy Sports Center and 6 years at Suburban Ice Macomb. Through his experiences, he has a good understanding of how current local programs are run and what qualities are missing. When his playing career ended, his goal has been to provide better access to training, education, and mentorship to the next generation of hockey players. Ryan strives to bring a high level of training to any player looking to improve. Whether that is an experienced AAA player or someone just beginning their hockey journey.

MATT KADOLPH
Manager
Performance & Skill Development Coach
Head of Player Development

Matt has been with PHT since its opening and is responsible for all of the day-to-day operations as well as all programming for performance and skill development programs. Having trained alongside numerous professionals over the past two decades, Matt developed a passion for strength and conditioning because he saw the value it had in his own career. Matt is a level 2 certified functional strength coach (CFSC) and a certified nutrition coach.

 

Matt grew up and played minor hockey in Kanata, Ontario in the Kanata Blazers organization. After minor hockey, Matt played junior hockey in the CCHL (Nepean Raiders) and CCHL2 (Richmond Royals) for 5 seasons, captaining his team in 2012-13. In the summer of 2013 Matt committed to attend Rochester College (now University) to be a part of the first season in the school's hockey program. Graduating in 2017 with a degree in Business, Matt left as the programs all-time leading scorer (131-58-80-138) and continued his playing career after Rochester for one season in the Federal Hockey League with the Mentor Ice Breakers (Ohio) before transitioning full-time to training young hockey players.

KYLE BANKS
Strength Coach
Skill Development Coach

Kyle joined PHT in the fall of 2021. Kyle loves helping develop young hockey players on and off the ice. He strives to educate, motivate, and inspire every athlete he comes into contact with. Kyle's prior experience in training comes from the Detroit Red Wings youth camps and Detroit Ice Dreams non-profit organization. Kyle is currently obtaining his Masters in Sports Management at Rochester Christian University, while also serving as the captain for the men's hockey team. 

Kyle started playing hockey at the age of 4 in St. Clair Shores. He has played for the Michigan Ice Hawks, Michigan Travelers, Mt. Clemens Wolves, Troy Sting, SCS United (High School) and the Motor City Hawks (USPHL). Kyle is currently in his 5th and final season at Rochester Christian University.
